FAQ's

  • What Are Your Opening Hours?   Our opening hours are Monday – Saturday 9am – 4pm, Sunday 10am – 2pm.
  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept? – We accept all major debit and credit card apart from American Express. We also accept cash payment and direct bank transfer.
  • Can I Pay Over The Phone? – We can accept card payment over the phone as long as the card being used to pay with is registered to the same address as the delivery is going to.
  • Is All Your Stock New? – No, not all of our stock is brand new as we do sell Ex-Display items too, however all our new products will be advertised as such. If in doubt just give us a call or ask a member of the team in store and they will be happy to help.
  • Can I Collect From Store? – Yes, we will email you to let you know your order is ready to be collected from store. Please bring your order number with you and correct equpiment to secure the item/s into your vehicle.
  • Do You Deliver? – Yes we deliver for a small fee. We have our own delivery team who will bring the items to your home. For more information regarding delivery cost please enter your postcode into cart page for a delivery price. A price will show if we deliever to your postcode, or will show collection from store only if we do not cover your postcode. 
  • Do You Offer Same Day Delivery? – Delivery time is dependent on how busy we are, but we will always do our best to accommodate our customers’ needs if it is within our ability to do so.
  • When Will I Receive Delivery? – Each item has a different delivery time, approx delivery time can be found on the item description. We will call/email to arrange delivery.
  • Do You Take Old Furniture Away?  – We can take old furniture away, please purchase this service from the furniture collection page.

 

Divan Bed Instructions 

1. Remove all packaging

2. Attach the feet to the bottom of the base 

3. Hook the bases together 

4. Screw the white headboard bolts onto the back of the base 

5. Use the 4 small silver bolts provided to attach the wooden struts to the back of the headboard (white stickers indicate location of the bolt holes)

6. The wooden struts will then slide onto the white headboard bolts on the back of the base adjust the headboard height accordingly 

7. And you’re complete – we hope you enjoy your new bed!

 

Ottoman Divan Bed Instructions 

1. Remove all packaging

2. Attach the feet to the bottom of the base 

3. Attach the gas struts using the bolts attached 

4. Use the clip to hook over both bases keeping them together

5. Screw in the white bolt to the top (underside) of the ottoman base keeping those together 

6. Once you’ve completed theses step place your mattress onto the base (the ottoman will not go down without the weight of the mattress on the base)

7. Screw the white headboard bolts onto the back of the base 

8. Use the 4 small silver bolts provided to attach the wooden struts to the back of the headboard (white stickers indicate location of the bolt holes)

9. The wooden struts will then slide onto the white headboard bolts on the back of the base adjust the headboard height accordingly 

10. And you’re complete –  we hope you enjoy your new bed!
