Shipping policy

We offer a delivery service using our own delivery team and couriers. We will call or email you with a delivery day and time. Each product has a estimated delivery time which can be found on product description. Please allow extra time for furniture couriers. We can deliver to a garden with side or back entrance.

Customers can collect furniture from Essex Discount Furniture. We will send an email/call to you when your order is ready to be collected, please bring your order number with you. It is in the customers best interest to bring appropriate equipment to secure items in your vehicle. All items must be paid in full before collection. Any damaged or defects are the responsibility of the customer after collection from Essex Discount Furniture. If the item is not collected within 14 days of purchase a storage fee may be incurred.
